BlockArt NFTs can have some of its parameters altered post mint, such as the mods and the title and description, this flow can also be used to re-generate the static thumbnail of the NFT.

<aside> 💡 Note: Not all parameters that define the token can be modified, the blocknumber and style of choice are immutable and written on-chain, these are what in essence define the NFT curated by the original minter.

How to

1) Grab the TokenID of your NFT and navigate to: https://ethblock.art/edit/tokenID

2) Connect your wallet.

3) On this page you are free to edit the mod parameters, tweaking the artwork to your linking, once done, Press the “Edit your NFT” button.

4) The “Edit your NFT” modal will open, make sure the thumbnail on the left loads successfully as this is the image that will be uploaded to IPFS, here you can add a new title and description if you wish, and finally confirm by clicking the “Update BlockArt” button.

5) Confirm the transaction and you’re done!

<aside> 💡 You should also make sure to “Update metadata” on Opensea afterwards, and due to caching on both our side and on OS, you might have to wait a few moments before the changes are loaded and cached on OpenSea.
